Our Approach

How we work

An engagement runs in three stages, held by the same team. Discovery establishes where the business stands and where the real openings are. Delivery is the body of the engagement, where strategy turns into pipeline, partnerships, and product change. Scale is what carries the work forward once we step back.

The engagement

Discover, deliver, scale

Three stages, held by the same team from the first conversation through to renewal — so nothing is lost in a handover.

01

Discover

We establish where you stand and where the real openings are — a clear read on strategy, market position, and the technology decisions ahead.

02

Deliver

The body of the engagement, where strategy turns into pipeline, partnerships, and product change — evaluation, procurement, and getting decisions made.

03

Scale

What carries the work forward once we step back — adoption across teams, renewal value, and the capability to keep going without us.

The appraisal

Where you stand, made legible

Discovery produces a capability appraisal — commercial, product, and placement maturity scored across the factors that move a decision, on a clear five-level scale. It turns a room full of opinions into one shared picture of where the value is and where the gaps are.

Delivery

Delivery is the body of the engagement

Discovery tells you where you stand; delivery is where that turns into work — and it looks different for every client, because every product, market and team is different. What stays the same is how we run it: a shared, prioritised set of objectives, an open line of contact, and a visible cadence you can watch move.

A symbolic EdV placement pipeline: carefully selected leads narrowing to a validated need, then introductions and conversations, ending in lasting relationships
From carefully chosen introductions to relationships that last.

We work as an extension of your team rather than at arm's length. Objectives are agreed and prioritised together, progress is tracked against them in the open, and the plan adapts as the situation changes — which it always does.

We start by understanding what you're trying to achieve and making it our own, then deliver the work we've agreed. And where you've identified a gap in your own capability, we help you close it — guiding a team that lacks a confident read on regional or cultural expectations, for instance, to exactly where it matters most, whether in the product itself or the materials and positioning around it.

The result is a real service with impact you can point to — a steady rhythm of work, not a one-off promise or a list of introductions that quietly go nowhere.

Why it works

What stays the same

The split between schools, education businesses, and investors changes what we do — but never how we do it.

Aligned with both sides

We work with schools and with the businesses selling into them — openly. We help a vendor succeed by ensuring their products and services genuinely land in schools, which is exactly what the school needs too. The two sides pull the same way.

Built from inside education

Our team has run schools and sold into them. We've been on both sides of the table, so the work is grounded in how decisions actually get made.

One team, end to end

The people who scope the work are the people who do it. No handover to a delivery team you have never met halfway through.
